Return and Exchange
We wish you every purchase with a good experience with the right product. Even though if there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility.
Return, exchange, Refund or Warranty won't be applicable for the bellow conditions-
- Physical Damage or burn items
- All kinds of Digital products and software
- Clearance sell items
- If the intact seal is torn or damaged
- Undergarments items
- Any accessories or Charger or Adapter
- Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
- If the product has any scratches
- If the item is not in resellable conditions
- If the item is not including all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered
- If any 3rd party app or software or device is not compatible
If there is any issue, please let us know within 24 hours by email to support@autonemo.io.
You must need to return all the boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.
After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
If there is any fault of the product, we will bear the courier charge as inside Dhaka 50 Tk and outside Dhaka 100 Taka if there is any additional charges customer needs to bear that. If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.

Any prospective returns must be communicated within the first 24 hours after receiving the order. All product seals and package components must be intact and in resealable condition for return. If Autonemo Limited agrees to take back an item, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs as well as any price difference between the original and replacement item.
Please keep the item in its original packaging if returning it because of a fault. Autonemo Limited will pay for return shipping if a product is damaged or inaccurate upon arrival.
Your item(s) must be returned in its original condition (with packaging) and packaging (used). Products that do not qualify for our return policy include:
Items on sale or clearance, items that were accidentally ordered, OEM fluids, electrical goods, and so forth. You cannot get a refund or exchange for these products.
Exchanges and Returns
When we check your returned item and find it is in good condition, we will email you. In addition, you will be informed of our decision to accept or decline your return.
If your return is approved, we'll get back to you as soon as possible with one of the following options:
A credit to the payment card or original mode of payment used to purchase the item and bKash; an exchange for a similar item; a nontransferable shop credit in your Autonemo account wallet; an exchange for the item; or a refund.
Delivery Conditions
If you choose the same-day shipping option, your order will be processed and shipped within 3–4 hours. If a consumer wants their item delivered the same day, they must place it by 2 PM to guarantee same-day service.
Standard Shipping has a maximum processing time of 2 business days.

Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase with your return.
Autonemo Ltd., Ahmed Tower, Lift 11, Banani, Dhaka 1213 is where you can send any items you no longer need.
Unless we delivered you the wrong item, you'll have to cover the expense of mailing it back to us. We cannot refund the shipping fee. Your refund may be reduced by the price you paid to send the item back.
General
We have the right to refuse a return or exchange, or to impose different or extra restrictions, if you do not meet any of the aforementioned requirements.
We ask that you not return to the original manufacturer any products that we have resold after they have been made.
