• প্রডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর প্রডাক্ট ড্যামেজ,মিসিং,ভুল পণ্য ইত্যাদি অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে প্রমাণ স্বরূপ অবশ্যই ভিডীও ধারণ করতে হবে অন্যথায় অভিযোগ করা হবে না ।
