Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date if:

• The product is unused.
• The product is in original packaging.
• All accessories are included.
• Original invoice is provided.
• The product has manufacturing defects.
• You received the wrong item.

• Clearance Products
• Products damaged by customer misuse

Refund Process

After receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.

Refunds will be made through:

• Original Payment Method
• Bank Transfer
• bKash / Nagad (where applicable)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, defective product, or incorrect item delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos for verification.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be cancelled.
